This one started with my own custom spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and nutmeg folded through our homemade gluten free shortbread, baked in house, then blended down with our Medjool date caramel into a thick, deeply caramelised spread that tastes almost nostaglic. We then press whole shortbread cookies lengthways into every jar so you get a proper bite of cookie with every single spoonful. The thick strained yogurt underneath all of it doing what it does best, 24 grams of protein, full of natural probiotics, cold in your fridge, completely unreasonable for something this good for you.
