Delivery FAQ
When is the order cutoff?
Cutoff is every Tuesday at 3pm. We run our full production on Tuesdays, so this is what keeps everything fresh.
When will I get my order?
If you order before Tuesday 3pm, your order goes out that same week, between Wednesday and Friday. Our courier will message you on the day with your delivery timeline.
If you order after Tuesday 3pm, your order will go out the following week instead, made fresh from that week's batch.
What if my flavour is out of stock?
Occasionally we do a flavour rotation, which means a flavour you've ordered could be unavailable that week. If this happens, we'll reach out to ask which replacement you'd prefer, and update your order on our side. No need to do anything on your end until you hear from us.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Cape Town, including the Atlantic Seaboard, City Bowl, Southern Suburbs, and Northern Suburbs, as well as a Winelands route. Fee is calculated based on your region.
Do I need to return anything?
Yes! We're big on reducing waste. Our courier collects your insulated foil bag and jars on your next delivery. Just place your empty jars inside the foil bag and hand it to the courier driver when they arrive.

We are growing, but at a pace that allows us to maintain quality and consistency. For this reason we will start with a limited slots and scale as we can maintain out standards.
JAR COLLECTION
This is just built into your service. Every time your courier drops off your next order, they'll collect your empty jars AND your foil bag from the week before.
It's our little way of Closing The Loop. Those jars get cleaned and reused rather than sitting in a landfill somewhere, and you get to feel good knowing your weekly treat comes with a side of looking after the planet too. (Used in the brownie) Sweet potato, peanut butter, eggs, cocoa powder, butter. Contains peanuts and eggs.

(Used in the brownie) Pasteurised egg whites, raw honey, cocoa.

(Used in the pistachio) 100% whole roasted pistachios, nothing added, blended in house.

Medjool date caramel
(Used in Salted Caramel and Biscuit Spread) 100% Medjool dates, vanilla, honey, pink Himalayan sea salt.

Speculoos biscuits and spread
(Used in Biscuit Spread) Homemade gluten free shortbread baked with a custom spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg, then blended with Medjool date caramel into a smooth spread. Baked and blended in house.
