When I placed my order I was under the impression that I was supposed to get an email to confirm when I could collect my order, when I did not receive it I emailed Vicki and I was then told I can come collect my order. I explain in the email why I got confused & told her I’d collect it that week. The morning of I message (just like the email said) that I would be collecting my order to which they acknowledged. When my brother in law got there to collect it, my order was not ready, so he had to wait 15minutes while they got hold of Vicki and the after packing my order, Vicki responded and said that “maybe I shouldn’t wait 2 weeks before I collect an order” So even after the blame was shifted on me, I was excited for the yoghurt - but I really did not enjoy it at all, it was super gooey, runny and incredibly sour. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again
